The house is wonderful, cozy, all the necessary supplies are there. There is also a set of towels for each person. There is a coffee machine with coffee. Great view on the terrace, quiet and peaceful! This house exceeded all expectations!

It's a quiet house with several rooms. When I came the owner offered me to choose the room. All the house was super clean. The place is quiet. There are also tables, beds and a hammock on the terraces. The wi-fi was stable and fast enough. The showers are hot and strong. The kitchen is big for several people, there is all the necessary kitchenware to cook. The center is 10 minutes away, the shops are bit further near the market. Just several notes to have in mind for future guests: The blue room neighbors the owner's one so you can't have the light late at night as it interferes her sleep. There are no AC - might be important in the hot days of summer. During my stay it wasn't needed.

The host was very polite and responsive. He met us at the house, showed everything and left the keys. The house itself is very big with very nice terrace. It was clean and filled with all you need to stay there even for a few weeks. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Recommend to stay here if you go to view Kutaisi neighborhood.

This place is a definition of Georgian hospitality. We arrived in evening just for one night and the owner showed his wine cellar with wine tasting and stories about himself and his family. In the morning we had simple but delicious homemade breakfast.
