It's a quiet house with several rooms. When I came the owner offered me to choose the room. All the house was super clean. The place is quiet. There are also tables, beds and a hammock on the terraces. The wi-fi was stable and fast enough. The showers are hot and strong. The kitchen is big for several people, there is all the necessary kitchenware to cook. The center is 10 minutes away, the shops are bit further near the market. Just several notes to have in mind for future guests: The blue room neighbors the owner's one so you can't have the light late at night as it interferes her sleep. There are no AC - might be important in the hot days of summer. During my stay it wasn't needed.

The host was always available on WhatsApp. The house looks amazing , like on the pictures. We could really just rest, relax and enjoy the house and the view. The place is 10 minutes away from the city( Kutaisi). So we just went for dinners and groceries there. All in all we enjoyed a lot! Thank you to our host!

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. As a bonus you'll have a chance to become friends with the most awesome and wise dog ever. :) Keti and Gio, once again thank you so much and tell Bobby that we'll be back! 💚

Nice stay with village prons: nature, a lot of domestic animals nearby, beautiful garden. It was possible to cook outside in the pavilion, 5 m away. TV channels. About 2 km to reach TetraCave or Spring water Resort 2.
