The location is incredible. The town itself is very quaint and has some excellent restaurants and there are amazing views all around. I was there with a group of 4 and we took over both apartments, upstairs and downstairs, which was really fun, it felt like we could really move in. This is an incredibly quiet and sleepy town, so no concerns about noise at night. I would recommend this location for people who would like to visit Montepulciano / Siena and the surrounding area, but don't want to stay in a heavily touristic town, but also want to be in a spot where they can walk to dinner (Ristorante Daria was excellent, for example, and just down the road). For those who like it quiet and peaceful, this is a really great location for this area.

We were able to spend a night in a fairytale-like place. Maurizio and Merilda were wonderful hosts. If you're looking to stay in Pienza, I don't think you need to consider anything else. We thank them again for their generous gifts.

The best B&B experience of my life. We are a family of four and had planned to experience Tuscan culture. We arrived late, around 9 PM, and it took us a little while to find the house. The host was waiting patiently for us and warmly welcomed us into their lovely home. But what truly touched us was that her mother, a sweet elderly lady, also waited for us and even baked a delicious cake. I felt so guilty for making them wait until 9:30 PM. The house itself was fabulous — beautifully decorated with antique furniture that felt like stepping into a castle. There was even a pleasant scent in the washrooms that I normally wouldn’t notice, but this time I really appreciated it. The host gave us a lovely tour of the house and explained the meaning behind “Sunsino,” which reflects the deep love and joy of their family. Finally, I have to say, the food in Tuscany is one of the best in the world (second only to my hometown!). The next morning, I happily filled my bottles with tap water and even asked if I could take the rest of the cake with us! This was a truly unforgettable experience. I would absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone. Thank you so much!

The location is perfect and the place is very nice, big and clean, with everything you need to have a nice stay. I stayed for 2 nights so I could enjoy the Bagnis in the morning when there was no people and also to explore the area, wich is beautiful. But if you can only stay one night, I recommend you should arrive earlier of the checking time, get a snack Infront of the Bagnis and then do the checking. They are just a few walks apart so is perfect for morning hikes.

Location was just outside a very quaint old village of San' Angelo with outstanding views of surrounding countryside with great trattorias in the village just a short walk to the village. The large backyard had nice seating areas to enjoy the olive gardens and the views. While the booking was without breakfasts, the host provided ample treats and the apartment was fully equipped with coffee maker, as well as full set of kitchen ware to cook anything. With prior communication, check in was right on time and the host and her father were very kind and helpful. We were very pleased to use this accommodation to explore this area of Tuscany, with easy access to Montalcino and Montepulciano.

I have only words of praise for this address. Stefania is a very kind person, always oriented to our comfort and always giving us the best information and recommendations for all our needs. The geographical location, the landscape and the cleanliness make this location the best choice to visit Tuscany. We really appreciate the fact that the apartment was cleaned daily. We visited Rome and Florence, leaving from this location and traveling relatively little by car. Whether you want to eat well or buy quality local produce, Stefania definitely has a recommendation! We will definitely return to this address for another stay.

The apartment was great- it was comfortably furnished with all you could need, the space was well thought out and decorated to a high standard. There is a lovely little garden to relax in with beautiful plants, and the location is optimal- just a short walk to the centro of the borgo. We stayed here with our infant son and it was perfectly suitable for a family. Barbara is an excellent host and made us feel more than welcome and at home throughout our stay, providing all that we could need and tips on places to visit.
