The ambiance is very cozy as the interior is made of wood, its very clean and tidy.Beds are very comfortable just the roght firmness.We enjoyed the fireplace as well as it was very cold when we arrived.The owner is always available to give a hand and is very understanding we need to leave earlier a day before our supposed check out due to forecast of heavy snowfall. The facilities is amazing but the owner is exemplary, we felt like part of family!

Location isn't in the centre of town which makes it a little more peaceful and quiet-perfect. Views are lovely. Hosts are nice and check in was easy. Great little kitchen, good bathroom/shower and has a washing machine for clothes (yay). CLEAN. Also has a fireplace. Beds are comfy too. Definitely recommend :)

Great house, great location, but most importantly great hosts. During the trip we have had several problems unrelated to our stay and the hosts volunteered to help us. Our car broke, they helped checking the problem, they took the car to service while we were sightseeing, they found evacuator ad helped us getting back home with a car that didn’t function. Amazing hospitality fast response to any problem. 100% recommend for a stay, once again thank you guys, you are the best!!!!!!!

Everything was organized and you just stay and use all the facilities it is super clean and nice place kitchen well equipped and beds are comfortable the owner did great job here and they are so friendly they live next to these villas and they ask to help in any thing I really recommend this place for sure.

The villas are wonderful and the views are amazing. The villas are located just outside of town in an area of still mostly farmland. The interior of the villas are very well appointed and have a great style. The host is wonderful. I did a lot of research on the different villa options around Zabljak and believe that Villas Chardak is one if not the best villas in the area.

Host kind and available all time. nicely equipped. we stayed at the parents bed room, out friends stayed at the second bed room where bed has a fence to avoid children falling out of bed. I would recommand to take in case of 2 couples, two seperate villas. in this family appartment one bathroom by the living room and another one upstairs.
