It had 2 bedrooms. Super comfy 200cm width bed. Fully equipped kitchen though the kitchen is outdoors, might not fit everyone. For us it was great. Barely any mosquitoes even outdoors. Nice place to buy fruits 5 minutes walk and a big organic supermarket less than 10 minutes walk. The beach is very close to the flat, big waves but we built sand castles with our baby so it was fine. It was very relaxing stay in a peaceful environment. They even have a laundry machine and were very responsive to all our requests. Felt very secluded. 10 minutes walk from the Jaguar Rescue Center.

Words are not enough to describe this place. Erik went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The villas are beautifully designed, comfortable and well equipped. We had a lot of towels, beach towels, mosquitos cream and suncream to use. The gardens are super well kept, they have sloths around the area, and you can spot them. Every morning we would have fresh coffee delivered to our villa, and when we mentioned that we didn't drink regular milk, Erik remembered and replaced it for almond milk. Lastly, the breakfast - AMAZING. Everything is freshly made, they have typical food, fresh fruit and the best empanadas we had of my life. If you are planning a stay in Puerto Viejo, this is the place. You will absolutely not regret it. The only I regret is not staying longer. Thank you Erik, Betty&Winston (that are also great hosts).

The accommodation is fairly basic, but had everything we needed. Loved the outside kitchen. The host, Monica, was very helpful and even arranged a dentist appointment for us when my wife broke a tooth. The great thing is the location, right on the edge of the national park and less than a 5 minute walk into Cahuita. We were lucky to see 15-20 howler monkeys in the garden as well as capuchin monkeys and an agouti. We actually saw more wildlife while chilling out at the property than we saw in the national park.
