We had a great stay. the house is comfortable, clean and well appointed. it's in a great location and an Uber into York centre was only around £5. there are bus stops nearby and a spar around the corner for any essentials. We can't rate this property high enough and if we can we will definitely book again. Having the key details ahead of time was good too. A few places we've stayed we've had to chance the details or they've arrived at the last minute.

The location it's great,very quiet, we saw hares, a fox and lots of birds, even a Robin The host was very very friendly, explained everything in detail, he even was waiting for us with a boiled kettle, fresh flowers around the lodge.The lodge it's equipped with everything you need!!Spotless clean!!

The Old Library, que tiene vistas al jardín, dispone de alojamiento con patio y hervidor, y está a unos 15 km de Abadía de Lacock. This was an incredible place to stay. I came to see Castle Combe, and instead I spent more time at the farm playing with the peacocks than I did in the village. Just a beautiful spot, with design elements in the Old Library around every corner that were completely beautiful. The breakfast was clean but sufficient, limited to cereal and milk, and there was a tray of hot drink possibilities. I loved it here, and would love to have stayed longer if time had allowed.
