The cottage sits high on the mountain, about 600 meters from an authentic Svan village called Pari. It’s so secluded you can’t even see the village — just you, the mountain, and the views. The cottage is impressively spacious, with enough room for two families with kids, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts also offer delicious home-cooked meals at very fair prices, made by a local grandmother. My wife literally had tears in her eyes when she tasted the homemade meat blintzes on our first day; she said it reminded her of her childhood home cooking. Outside, the yard is full of great spots: a shaded sitting area under a fruit tree, two hammocks, a swing perched on the cliff edge (perfect for photos), and a firepit to warm up on cool nights. A supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away for basic supplies.

The amenities are great, the cabin is so clean and cozy, it feels like home rather than a rental place. You can feel that it is loved and cared for by the owners, who are also great and helpful people. The location is fantastic, just a 4 mins walk to the centre of Mestia. The cabin's terrace feels so cozy with the lights on in the evening, and the view from the cabin is amazing too. The cabin is by far the best that we have been to in Georgia! We were sad to leave this place but we will be back.

The chalet was clean, cosy and comfortable to stay for 4 people. The house has one of the best facilities in Ushguli.

My family and I received such warm hospitality and unforgettable experiences that I will remember for many years. I truly hope to visit them again one day The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and the city center. I wish Luka and his family continued success in developing their place and creating wonderful experiences for future guests

The cabin is super cozy and at a really good location, close to the center. The views of mountains and the historical towers are just amazing. The host, Mary is super helpful and nice. Would absolutely recommend to stay everyone planning to visit in Mestia.
