The location is great, right on the waterfront, and the penultimate house on that side of the bay, so nice and quiet, plus it means that the walk to St Nokolas beach is only 10 minutes. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay and Nikos was very kind in stocking the fridge very generously on arrival - bread, meat, cheese, wine, beer, honey, water, butter, coffee, etc We were picked up from the port on arrival by Nikos (and Nikos 2 🙂) And Pedi is lovely!

Balcony with the sunbeds was lovely and sitting outside on that balcony my friend and I could have passed many hours away. We just wished we was able to have stayed longer. Bus stop that takes you straight down to the centre and ferry port was only a few minutes walk away,so incredibly convenient. Cannot wait to return again next year with my husband

Upon arrival, you are taken back by the amazing view from the home, both from inside and outside on the patio and other outdoor areas. This old home has been really nicely updated and is full of old curiosities!! The bed is comfortable and windows offer a great breeze, unless you prefer the AC. We rented both this space and the downstairs (not connected) for our family and everyone loved it. Our 9 and 11 year old's stayed downstairs and because they are pretty responsible, we were able to make that work (not recommended if you can't trust your kids). There are A LOT of stairs to get up to the house, but it really wasn't a big deal and our kids never once complained (I was shocked). If you're worried about getting your luggage to the house, you're able to get a taxi to the top of the hill and get your luggage down from the top of the hill instead. We'd love to come back!
