The location is in the middle of a green area on the island and a great base to travel around the island. Small restaurants close by and a 15 min drive from Zakynthos city. For active people there are great areas for hiking or a good walk. The property is well equipped, cosy and clean. The garden is fully closed off by a gate you feel secure and can park your car direct to your villa. Most important are the hosts, they are hard working , friendly and welcoming and makes you want to visit again.

This place was our last stop during long journey over Ionion islands. This villa is really amazing, family friendly and well equipped, especially loved by kids. It's located far away from crowded cities or villages but still so close to very good Greek traditional taverns, beaches or shop. Owner of villa is very friendly and helpful. If you are lucky, you can see on the Gerakas beach a newborn turtles every morning. We are looking forward to visiting this place again in future.

Το Athenea Villas, Private Pools & Gardens είναι ένα συγκρότημα σε παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική του Ιονίου, το οποίο απέχει μόλις 500μ. από την παραλία. Athina and Alex were very helpful and welcoming hosts and they have such a passion for making people feel at home. They waited at the property for our arrival already late in the day. We even got a free upgrade of our room because a better appartment was apparently free and avallable. That's what I call 'service exceeding expectation'! They also were easily reachable by whatsapp if we had any questions or problems. The appartment was big and nicely decorated. Everything was clean, the house keepers were also very good and respectful, they loved what they were doing. Definitely we will return to this oasis of hospitallity and welcoming vibes. The viewpoint at the location also gave breathtaking sunrises in the morning, really amazing! Very good restaurants also nearby.

Spacious inside the apartment and lots of outdoor space to relax . Beautiful pool and gardens. Our apartment was cleaned regularly. Alegria is very close to beautiful beaches.

Το Exensian Villas & Suites βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ. από την παραλία του Μαραθιά. Προσφέρει αμφιθεατρικά χτισμένες βίλες με ιδιωτικές πισίνες με υδρομασάζ. The villa was perfectly located , walking distance to two restaurants. We loved the fact there were various terraces to eat/drink or just relax. The bedrooms downstairs away from The kitchen were perfect for 4 teenagers whilst we had the upstairs room so heard no noise . The pool was always kept clean with plenty of loungers and pool towels available . The view was amazing and I saw the most beautiful sunrises
