Featuring a bar and views of sea, Heritage Villa Vitturi Sea View is a villa situated in a historic building in Kaštela, 200 metres from Ostrog Beach. This villa provides free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. Guests can use the hot spring bath and the hot tub, or enjoy city views. The place is amazing! We rented the entire place for 3 families with children (12 pax in total), and it was exactly what we needed! The entire place: -Newly renovated in the historical building, with all equipment you need and even more, few steps from the beach. -Private parking lot - a couple of minutes to walk. -Kitchen with all facilities, kettle, oven, dishwashing machine, coffee making machine and even blender :) -Bathroom amenities -Washing machine with washing capsules and even a drying machine - Perfect location to reach Split, islands etc. The airport is very close (approx. 6 km). - Superhost Nikša! So passionate about what he's doing. We got so many useful tips and recommendations: what to see, where to go and eat. By the way, B-Cool bar on the beach has amazing food and drinks, and reasonable prices. Thanks again for warm welcoming!

Close to the sea and walking area, close to stores and nightclubs. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming, Drago(the host) helped with everything we needed and gave us tips on where to buy stuff and where to hang out. This room had everything we needed, kitchenware, stove, shower gels, lots of clean towels, hot water all the time, washing mashing including laundry detergents. Drago even took away the garbage since no large garbage cans in the area! Exceptional hosts I recommend 10/10!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Luxury Villa Unikat with Seaview & Jacuzzi provides accommodation with a fitness centre and free WiFi. The property was built in 19th century and features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Unique, spacious, gorgeous apartment located along the waterfront gave our family (parents + 3 young adult children) a chance to spread out after traveling together for a week. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms, well appointed, and convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy walk from the ferry stop. Easy access into the unit and great communication from the hosts. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. It’s clear that he truly cares about making guests feel comfortable. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool is fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for enjoying sunny days. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept so well every night, which is so important when you’re on vacation. One of the things we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, with plenty of birds singing in the morning – it was such a lovely and calming experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great hospitality. We hope to come back in the future!

The villa has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. We had a wonderful stay in this modern, clean, and well-maintained house. One of the major highlights was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made the stay extra comfortable for a group. The common areas were spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The pool was lovely, and the view from the house was absolutely stunning. The location was peaceful and just a short walk to the sea. The host was very friendly and helpful, offering great local travel tips and ensuring smooth communication throughout our stay. We visited several places and activities. Everything worked perfectly, and we truly appreciated the easy check-in and prompt responses. We will definitely return!

Great place to stay for the summer holidays with kids - great location near beach with your own swimming pool. It is 5 minute walk to Golden horn beach and to amazing promenada. Host Mr Tonci top man, always assisted us if needed with some good advices and tips for the island.
