My husband, two teenage sons, and I stayed here for 2 nights on a short trip around the West Coast of Ireland. The house had everything needed and is in a great location-just a short walk into town. Clifden and the surrounding area are beautiful with lots to do nearby. It was a lovely stay!

Lovely little cottage. We only stayed one night, but would have gladly stayed longer. It is clear that they care about their guests. They left some milk, scones in the oven, and fresh eggs. Some books and night light for my little girls. Kitchen had what we needed. They have a cot. Gave clear instructions on how to find it.

The attention to detail throughout is great, from the cosy décor to the spotless presentation. Loved the spacious bedroom and wonderfully comfortable bed, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day exploring. Kind and welcoming hosts: Rita and Michael who clearly take great pride in their lovely cottage. The location is ideal too – just a short walk into Clifden town and an ideal base for discovering the beauty of Connemara. Highly recommended.

My kids loved it, and we all had a fantastic time. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing family getaway

It was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The setting was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing trip we felt right at home.
