Our time at this Florence apartment was phenomenal. We had the pleasure of meeting Paolo the first day where he insisted on carrying my fiancee's luggage up the stairs and provided us with input on which local restaurants and attractions would be best for our time frame and budget. He was an absolute gentleman and a great help to us during our stay. He provided new slippers and earplugs for both my fiancee and I to ensure we had a fantastic sleep. The apartment itself is very cute and in a fantastic location, in this location you are close to every attraction and many delicious and affordable restaurants. Our only regret is not spending more time in Paolo's apartment. Overall 10/10!!!

On map property seems to be close to the train line but nothing could be heard in the appartment - well insulated windows and bedroom is on far away side from the trainline. Also very convenient for Mall that is 5 minutes drive away.

Licio is a wonderful, friendly host, always willing to help and provide advice. The outside area has a great view down the valley. Although Strada is not a big town, this was a wonderful base to explore Chianti and Florence from. Good restaurants nearby but we also liked the ability to self-cater. Apartment is spacious with a sleeping area and a sitting room.

It was strategically located for plenty of gorgeous day trips to nearby villages. The people in the region are full of love. The house is well appointed, simple, European style, updated but with Tuscan charm. It is very comfortable and the host is extremely kind.
