The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, with a wonderful rooftop where you can see Mt Fuji. They have a kitchen that comes with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee grinder, coffee beans, coffee drip tools, electric stove and all necessary utensils. The breakfast is also very nice.

The place is actually better than the photos. The house is right on the walkway between Migome and Tsumago. The owners are such beautiful people and they will drive you wherever you need to get to for free. Truly the highlight of our Japan holiday. We highly highly recommend this place.

Beds were comfortable, lots of room and provided lots of towels. Communication was good. Answered our messages pretty promptly. The best part of the property is the view. We were in unit B and we had a clear view of Mt Fuji.

The host was exceptional and went well above and beyond for us several times. Upon arrival we had a detailed description of how everything in the house worked, as well as maps of town and bus schedules so we could get around easily, and recommendations of where to eat. The house is very well maintained and was way larger than expected, was clean and had heaters in every room and is full of history. Each bicycle we used was personally adjusted for each of our heights, and the host assisted us with an unplanned trip into another part of town when otherwise we would have been out of luck. It felt like staying in a part of history and we were very privileged to have been allowed to stay there.

Το Tsuki-Akari Takayama - Japanese Traditional House with Open-air Bath βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του προορισμού Τακαγιάμα και έχει κήπο. Fantastic little house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, everything in the house was beautifully done. The outdoor bath and private little garden were a huge bonus. The location was excellent, a short walk to where we wanted to go but a very quiet area.
