Lovely sized villa, with aircon in all areas which was extremely welcome! The pool and garden were also perfect for a dip at the end of the day. Pradeep was extremely helpful and attentive and his team were always on hand to help if needed, nothing was too much trouble and communication was very efficient.

The location is quite near to the main beach and he can take you there with a tuk tuk or can organise things like whale watching or visits to distant beaches and temples.

The room are comfortable, there is a good care of details. Also the breakfast is very good! Stay at least a 2 nights, do not miss this place!

We had a lovely two day stay at Vini Villa, the facilities are great (clean and large shower and large bed), the Sri Lankan food that Vini's wife prepares is really good. We did the 6h day tour with Vini in the reserve and the night tour. Both were great, saw plenty of lizards, insects and birds and went swimming in the waterfall. Can only recommend, we had a very pleasant stay.

Took 4 out of the 5 rooms available which kinda made it like a private stay. Location was right by the beach where we could see surfers everyday. Walking distance to food choices. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive and always available to help. Had a local curry dinner there which was great too. We loved the pool too.

The Villas are superb. It's really clean and very new. There are two villas with one sharing pool. However, our entire stay felt like we had the pool to ourselves. Walking distance from the beach, about 12 minutes. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. They serve the best Sri Lankan food we have had in our entire stay in Sri Lanka.
