Amazing well kept property. Big fence so it felt very private. Lon was very responsive and helpful. The property itself has everything you'd ever need. It's also huge so if you want some space from your friends it's easy to find.

Very Affordable place for big groups and clean. Cozy, safe place as its inside a gated subdivision. The place is near the 3rd Mactan Bridge and if you want to go to Cebu City , its just few minutes away thru 3rd bridge. SM Seaside is like 10-15 mins away. Beaches in lapulapu city are accessible and some tourist spot like 1000 roses, Solea and other beaches. Going to the South of Cebu is very ideal when you stay in this place. Dorothy the host is very responsive. I can say our trip was on our budget because of this place, all we need is there.. we can cook and the wet market where fresh seafoods are available is a plus plus.. me and my friends will surely go back and contact dorothy. The staff allowed me to check in early after my flight arrived ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated. My room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated in a classic colonial style. The backyard and clean pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful—so much so that when I was running late for my next flight, they immediately assisted. Because of flooded roads and slow traffic, Jennifer even arranged a motorbike ride for me so I could reach the airport on time. Thanks to their kindness and quick thinking, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended for warm hospitality and great service.
