Amazing hotel the roof pool at 77 floor is wow ,breakfast buffet with great choices,room service is very fast and helpful everything was right,they delay us for check in for about 1 hour when we arrived at 2:30 pm and received our room at 3:30 pm because the room was not ready but they compensate us with room upgrade and late check out to 6 pm so they were respectful to their customers and special thanks to mr hisham who accomodate every thing for us in check in and check out and apologize many time for delay and was very kind inspite i was angry finally thanks for all

With a bar, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Everything was great. Although we went with a 3 year old daughter we still found many things to do. Food quality was just perfect. Restaurants were great. People working there was awesome! Room was perfect. Bedroom living area and a large terrace. We also used the Five Palm Beach Hotels perfect Beach. That you have to see it yourself!

It's by far the best breakfast buffet you will ever have. Ruben (General Manager) of the restaurant and his staff are true professionals and on top of everything you could need. They are attentive, thoughtful and happy to support your needs with a smile on their face each and everyday. And the food and variety is amazing. Overall this is a top tier hotel, and you certainly pay a premium to stay here, however I feel like it's very much worth the cost, as they treat you very well and our time there was perfect.

Located directly on JBR beach, Rixos Premium Dubai is a premier lifestyle hotel offering a seamless blend of a vibrant nightlife and tranquil pool and beach ambiance. Watersport activities can be enjoyed directly on the beach. Quality of service was excellent. The Manager Mr Bibin welcomed and assisted us with great service and hospitality.
