The hotel was ok, but not excellent. It had good facilities, but over all the interior was not that comfortable (for example - the bunk bed intended for children had a mattress smaller than the frame, and the protective rails were defective). The furniture and the actual arrangement of the hotel were quite old, but the location compensated for these shortcomings.
The breakfast was excellent, with many options.

Its a short 10 to minute walk to the Old Town, the harbout and to the main railway and bus station which means the location is good for a short city stay. The hotel was spotless, well air conditioned and the rooms were well appointed with suitably modern and well-kept furniture. The room was clean and cute; not huge but plenty. The decor was nice, and the bathroom was spacious. The included breakfast was very nice, and staff were very accommodating (including late check-in and helping us book a taxi to the airport for early the next morning.)

Palma de Majorca is the capital city of the Balearic Islands in Spain, with a great mix of fascinating history, marvelous architecture and vibrant nightlife.
Wandering around the medieval streets of the Old Town, you'll come across the imposing Gothic-s
A big, big surprise for me. I admit I hadn't made much of a research, and with the population just two-third of Malaga's, I expected a nice seaside town with beautiful yet small historic center. Instead, it's a city with imperial grandeur, vast pedestrian zones, incredible greenery and beautiful works of art in public space. And the cathedral is a monumental gem. Must return one day.

We loved our stay in Palma!
We loved our stay in Palma!
Of course, the blue sky and sunshine were a factor, but the tree lined streets, narrow alleyways and historic architecture would be attractive all year round!
We found people friendly and helpful.
We were spoiled for choice for eating venues.
We went back twice to El Apendre, not far from our hotel, as my husband said they cooked steak (over a fire) better than anywhere he's been!
In Palma, there were fewer bar and restaurant staff who were confident in speaking English than I'd expected and it was worth taking our Spanish dictionary/phrase book!

Loved the quirkyness of the old town and all the cobble streets. Lots of places to stop for drinks & tapas and lots of nice bakeries too. Thought food & drink all reasonably priced.
Expected the Marina and promenade area to be more sophisticated and ambient than it was, but did see some amazing yachts!
The cathedral is amazing to see.

Bustling city but away from the majority of the hen/stag party groups. Plenty of historical and cultural places to visit. Maybe not somewhere that younger children would find interesting. Wide selection of bars and restaurants. Plenty of up-market shops if that's your thing. Cathedral and Royal Palace well worth visiting. The Arab Baths is also a little corner of tranquillity. Easy place to get round on foot to the major attractions. Soller train makes for a picturesque change to the city - but either book ahead or get to the station at opening to buy tickets

The beaches, the sea, the food and the people are on top.
The beaches, the sea, the food and the people are on top. The Cathedral and the main square around it are impressive, rich and elegant. Some other central streets are similar to la Rambla in Barcelona. Except for these main sites, the city of Palma surprised me with many shabby buildings. But overall it's a great location for the holiday in May or perhaps in autumn when it's not yet so hot.

Palma is a small city, although its on a Holiday Island Palma itself is a healthy mix of locals and tourists. The shops restaurants and bars are as you would find in London or Paris. It's very close to the port so you have a great mix of city life by the sea. Like most European Cities it comes alive from Thursday evening - the weekend is lively.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Palma : you can visit all main activities of the city by walk.
Rooms are well decorated, clean, spacious and modern.
All the reception of the hotel has been renovated a year ago.
Receptionists and cleaning ladies are very friendly, nice and helpful : we asked them a lot of requests during our stay and they always did their best to find a solution. It’s been a while since we didn’t meet people so thoughtful!!
We recommend a 100% this hotel and will stay there for our next trip in Palma!
The place was in a really good spot and right on the beach .
They fed you adequately, but you know it is like hotel buffet food . That being said, there was really a great effort to provide a huge variety and you won’t go hungry for sure ! The staff was also really really great. The dining room staff were so on top of it and friendly and really worked hard . I read reviews about the cleaning staff not being on top of it but that must have been amended because these ladies were definitely on top of it .
Everything was great! The room, staff, pool area and even the breakfast was exceptional. The view was amazing and the restaurants nearby were awesome. Many places were in walking distance but even if we did not want to walk, taxis were available in front of the hotel at all times at very good rates/prices. My significant other and I truly enjoyed our experience and would most definitely stay here again when visiting Mallorca.
I think that the best assets from this hotel are their employees and the location. I celebrate my b-day here last weekend and the service from the staff was spectacular. Special thanks to Ray from the Red Level Services to make us feel so welcome! We had a renovate room at the 9th floor, great views and comfort, furthermore the Red Level services were really good and the Clarins toilette stuff is a great touch!
Good location in the city of Palma. Nice view from balcony over the city and the harbor. Breakfast was okey, not the best but okey according to Spanish standards. Pool was great. Very calm pool area, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Easy to get taxi outside of the street and close to both Cala Mayor and Bendinat beach. Rooms was very clean beds comfy. Like this hotel!
The breakfast is amazing. The service is however not 5 star worthy. Dinner is great as well, the staff is doing their best but could be a bit more attentive.
The rooms are spacious with a big bathroom. The shower stinks unfortunately.
Overall, the hotel should provide more info on prices of the mini bar and drinks at the bar and restaurant. I never once saw a drinks menu.
Lovely, beautifully restored, hotel close to Palma's old town (10 min walk) situated in a local neighbourhood. Supermarket nearby. A walk to Palma's city beach is within 20 minutes and otherwise the roof terrace is a nice place to unwind with its small plunge pool. Breakfast is fresh en good. Staff nice and helpfull.
Easy acces to bus stops.
The hotel is beautiful- a gorgeously renovated old Spanish building. We loved our room with a terrace- it was great for sunbathing. The staff are all incredible- so helpful, they organised taxis and a moped for us and also gave so many fantastic recommendations. Breakfast is also really tasty. A fantastic stay
Great breakfast, plenty to choose from. Location was perfect, close to old town, 20min walk on the seaside to reach city center. There were also many restaurants nearby so you didn't have to go to far in order to eat.
The hotel's restaurant is also great but a bit expensive. Fantastic mojito!
The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is perfect, within the old town of Palma.
The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we had at a hotel before.
Thank you for an incredible stay, even if it was just for one night. We will be back.
Absolutely everything about this hotel is wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting the old town, the rooftop pool area is stunning, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had in a hotel. It was just brilliant.
Nice location, easy to reach both by bus and car. Close to the seaside, 20 minutes away from Palma de Mallorca city centre by bus. The apartment was nice overall and the backyard is lovely. Staff was super friendly and welcoming!
The hotel staff was excellent and answered all of our questions. The room, pool and terrace were great. The hotel is right on the beach with many good restaurants within walking distance. Old town is 15 minutes by bus or car.
Very good choice of hotel in Mallorca, well located whit very tasty breakfast. Paid parking place available upon request, which is typically required in Mallorca. The staff was all the time friendly and willing to help.
Everything was perfect
staff was great and helpful
Size and interior of the Room perfect
Everything we asked or need they helped us and give us
Best location in Mallorca
The best 5 star hotel we have ever visited. The staff were incredibly helpful, the location is perfect, the room was big and had everything we needed. We had the best visit.
A small boutique hotel in the heart of the old town that punches well above it's weight. A delightful roof terrace, large well appointed room and excellent food and drinks.
