Situated in Ciutadella, 300 metres from Cala Santandria Beach, Gran Sagitario features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from a very nice beach. The property is new, clean, full of light and entertainment with all of its facilities (sauna, steam room, indoor/outdoor pools, live shows, gym, relaxing room). The standard room is very spacious and it has a small living area inside as well as a balcony with chairs and a table (in my case overlooking the pool which I loved). As per the breakfast, there was so much to choose from! Good quality vegetables, fresh bread and fruit, I really couldn’t help but try everything. And same goes for the evening buffet. For lunch, their bar has a menu with typical (yummy) food and a choice of desserts and original cocktails. Finally, staff of all departments is very nice as well: professional, friendly and chatty, and we could see how hardworking they are. In particular Enrique, the waiter at the bar and the tall man responsible for the restaurant, whose name I cannot really remember. They all made us feel welcome and we won’t hesitate to return soon.

Hotel ARTIEM Capri is just 500 meters from Mahon’s main shops and bars. Es Grau Beach is 8 km away and S’Albufera Nature Reserve is within 7 km. The concept to reduce carbon footprint. The grab and go along with complimentary selection of drinks is a great idea and made the hotel buzz in the afternoon. I had an excellent massage from Anabel and didn't need to book in advance, popped in on the off chance. Breakfast options are also excellent 👌. We had an issue with the TV which was dealt with very quickly. If this a representation of the Artium group we would certainly look for them again in other locations.

Situated in Ciutadella and within less than 1 km of Gran Beach, Hotel Maïa has a terrace, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel is quaint, beautiful and very peaceful; it couldn't be in a better spot, right in the very centre of the historic Ciutadella. Everything is so lovely decorated, giving a charming and fresh vibe (the hotel also smelled so nice in all the areas :)). We stayed in the terrace room, which was incredible. The terrace was huge and the view was amazing. There were Rituals products in the bathroom, which was also nice. The room overall was top. The breakfast was also great, where little plates with local foods were prepared, like Menorcan cheese and sausage, eggs and more - there were a variety of different things that were prepared on the spot. Apart from this, the staff was so lovely and helpful! Thanks for making the stay so nice.

The restaurant had such an amazing vibe. The chef made the best paellas we ever had and gave us wonderful recommendations. The owners were incredible. Spacious appartment with a beautiful view. Good fresh pool with a lifeguard who really pays attention to the guests and safety of the children. Very nice and friendly staff everywhere. Comfortable beds, and the sofa bed was new and big enough for two. Room nicely decorated. Quiet area. Kitchen is small and with a minimum of things and an old fridge, that needs an upgrade. There was little space to put our groceries.

Staff was very professional and friendly in all the departments: reception, room service and restaurants. Location is great to reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Menorca.

The place is amazing with the perfect spot for sunset every evening. The staff are making everything possible to have awesome vacation, always smiling and always have something nice to say. They also doing their best to adapt to you and your habits (stayed 2 weeks with my family). The food is diverse and change daily, you will always have something nice to eat (had full board). The guests are all kind of and very diverse. You will never feel apart. Fully recommended, we had awesome vacation!

Exceptional stay at Royal Son Bou. Perfect for families, many activities for the kids and wonderful beach close by. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I would definitely return to this hotel without thinking! Pools are great, food is very good for a buffet and there are good restaurants nearby also, would definitely recommend without thinking twice!

The location is great, beautiful view and apartment was big. We got a free upgrade, so that was a nice touch. Everyone at the reception was polite and helpful, gave us great advice.
